*Church Calendar Policy

1. The Main Purpose of this Calendar is to inform St Paul’s Presbyterian members and guests of Official St Paul’s Presbyterian Church functions.
2. Official St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church functions are defined as a church function approved by church leadership, i.e. Elders and Deacons, and which involve principally St Paul’s Presbyterian (SPP) members and guests.
   
3. All potential SPP calendar announcements should be emailed to announcements@stpaulsatlanta.com no less than a week before the mentioned announcement to allow time for leadership approval.
4. These announcements emails should include a brief description of the event including time, place, purpose and additional contact info.
5. Abuse of the calendar, i.e. false announcements, announcements for personal gain, etc. will result in a permanent loss of calendar use privileges.
6. All announcements should be proposed or sponsored by at least one SPP member.
7. The guidelines are subject to change at the discretion of SPP leadership.
